Hr Executive - Kosamba Glass Deco pvt. ltd. , Jarod

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff, technical and blue-collar positions.
• Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and joining formalities.
• Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave, HR documentation and exits.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, HR MIS and employee records.
• Manage contract labour and manpower requirements.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling and welfare activities.
• Assist in statutory compliance and HR audits.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and HR operations.

Key Skills: Recruitment, Plant HR, Employee Relations, Contract Labour Management, HR Operations, MS Excel, HR MIS and Labour Compliance.

Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
