Immediate Joiners

Role Purpose

To effectively manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, attendance and leave administration, HR documentation, employee engagement, and HRMS updates, while ensuring timely and accurate HR support and compliance.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant recruitment channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling, feedback, and timely closure of positions
• Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle data in Zoho People and offline systems
• Manage attendance and leave records and support payroll input validation
• Prepare and issue HR letters and documents including offer, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters
• Support performance management activities and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle routine employee queries and grievances with confidentiality and timely follow-up
• Support exit formalities, exit documentation, and employee clearance processes
• Assist in HR audits, compliance activities, and maintaining HR records
