HR Executive / HR Trainee Intern

Kings Health is hiring an HR Executive / HR Trainee for our Chennai location.

This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in HR within the healthcare industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Attendance and leave management
• Payroll data support and coordination
• Talent Acquisition including resume screening and interview scheduling
• Employee onboarding and HR documentation
• Maintaining employee records and HR MIS
• Supporting general HR operations and employee coordination

Eligibility and Requirements:

• MBA HR or MSW HR qualification
• Fresher to 2 years of experience
• Local Chennai candidates preferred
• Ability to work in a startup environment with a small team
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range from 10000 to 20000 per month based on experience
• Provident Fund, ESI, and Health Insurance

Work Schedule:

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
