• Onboarding & Offboarding: Lead orientation, streamline new hire onboarding, and conduct exit interviews.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
• Source Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
• Performance Management: Assist managers with performance reviews, employee feedback, and improvement plans.
• Screen Applications: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct Interviews: Arrange and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.
• Coordinate Interview Process: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate logistics.
• Promote Employer Brand: Represent the company positively to potential candidates and promote the organization's culture and values.
• HR Data & Operations: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate regular HR metrics reports.
• Internal: Department Managers (performance management & hiring support), Payroll Team (compensation & leave tracking), Employees (daily HR support).
• External: HR Software/HRIS Vendors, Recruiting Agencies, Legal Counsel, and Benefits Providers.
