1 Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and office staff
2 Manage attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling
3 Coordinate payroll processing with accounts department
4 Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements
5 Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
6 Maintain HR records and documentation
7 Conduct onboarding and induction programs
8 Manage workforce planning and employee engagement activities
REQUIRED SKILLS
1 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
