We're scaling our HR function to support rapid growth—seeking a proactive HR Executive who thrives in dynamic environments, owns employee experience, and helps build a culture that fuels creativity and performance.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for marketing, design, and content teams—including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Administer payroll, attendance, leave tracking, and compliance documentation for hybrid and on-site teams across multiple Indian locations.
• Facilitate onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes to ensure seamless employee transitions and retention.
• Support policy rollout and internal communications to reinforce culture, values, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team events to boost morale and retention.
• Collaborate with leadership to gather HR analytics, track KPIs, and improve HR processes using digital tools.
