Role & responsibilities :(HR EXECUTIVE )

. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Understand and analyse job requirements received from clients.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee references, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, qualification and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist relevant profiles and share them with the recruitment team/client.
• Maintain an updated candidate database.
