Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive cum Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee statutory benefits. The candidate should have good communication skills and practical knowledge of recruitment, employee documentation, PF, ESI, and Gratuity processes.

Required Skills

• Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of Experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, Resdex, and other job portals.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Work from office only
