HR Executive- Construction

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate induction programs for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, handle grievances, and help resolve workplace conflicts.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) database, and manage attendance or leave tracking.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliances (such as PF and ESIC).
• Performance & Training: Assist with performance review cycles and coordinate employee training or engagement activities.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure company policies follow local labor laws and regulations
