About this role
HR Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and plant-level positions.
- Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS and recruitment MIS.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee documentation.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction and exit processes.
- Assist in statutory compliance, POSH, labour-law documentation and audits.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards and manpower status reports.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Support training, performance management and employee development activities.
- Maintain recruitment TAT, offer-to-join ratio and other HR KPIs.
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM – HR preferred
- Industry: Manufacturing/FMCG/Food Processing preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong knowledge of HRMS, recruitment portals and MS Excel.
- Willingness to work onsite.
