HR Executive / Assistant Manager

• Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and joining coordination for plant and corporate positions.
• Employee Life Cycle Management: Handle employee records, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, increments and separation processes.
• Onboarding & Induction: Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, HR induction and departmental onboarding.
• Training & Development: Coordinate training calendars, GMP/SOP, technical, EHS and behavioural training programs and maintain training records.
• Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement, welfare, recognition and communication initiatives.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, counselling, discipline and day-to-day employee relations matters.
• Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime, payroll inputs, salary-related queries and full & final settlement.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure coordination and documentation for PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, minimum wages and other applicable labour compliances.
• Pharmaceutical & Regulatory Compliance: Maintain employee qualification, competency and training records and support GMP, regulatory and customer audits.
• HR MIS & Documentation: Maintain personnel files, HRIS, recruitment/training/attrition records and prepare periodic HR MIS and management reports. Role & responsibilities

MBA, having 5-7 years of experience in API Pharmaceuticals or related manufacturing industries.
