HR Executive and Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

Executive Summary: L&D professional responsible for building employee capability through training strategy, LMS management, vendor partnership, and learning program execution.

1.Develop and execute annual training plans aligned with business needs and organizational capability development.
2.Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) to identify competency gaps.
3.Manage end-to-end training operations, including scheduling, vendor coordination, budget control, and training effectiveness evaluation.
4.Lead employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
5.Manage Learning Management System (LMS), including user access, course administration, completion tracking, and reporting.
6.Establish external training partnerships and manage training vendors.
7.Support leadership development programs and technical capability enhancement initiatives.
8.Drive continuous improvement of learning programs based on business requirements and employee feedback.

Job Requirements :

1. 5~9 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, or HR Development.
2.Experience in manufacturing / EMS / automotive / electronics industry is preferred.
3.Experience in LMS implementation and training project management is preferred.
