Location: Surat, Gujarat (Kapodra)
Position: HR Executive

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR.
• Experience in Bulk Hiring and BPO Recruitment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Managing bulk hiring requirements.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Conducting initial screening and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Managing joining and onboarding processes.
• Supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Salary: Up to 30,000/- In-Hand (Depending on Experience & Interview)
