Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
• Maintain recruitment and engagement records, MIS reports, and ensure a smooth employee experience.
