Role & responsibilities

To manage end-to-end recruitment activities for GRAM, with a primary focus on hiring for the real estate business. The role involves close coordination with manpower consultants, sourcing suitable candidates, managing interview schedules, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies. The position will also support day-to-day HR generalist activities, including offer letter preparation, joining formalities, and maintenance of recruitment and employee records.

Preferred candidate profile

Age : upto 30 yrs

Education : Graduate in any discipline; an HR qualification will be an added advantage

Experience : 34 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.

•      Candidates from the real estate industry or recruitment agencies/manpower consultancy firms will be preferred.

•      Experience in handling recruitment for multiple positions and coordinating with manpower consultants is essential.

•      Prior experience in real estate recruitment, particularly for sales, marketing, engineering, accounts, administration, or facility management roles, will be an advantage.

•      Strong follow-up, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.

•      Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

•      Ability to work independently and ensure timely closure of assigned requirements.

•      Ability to maintain recruitment trackers, prepare MIS reports, and analyse recruitment data using Excel.

•      Familiarity with job portals, resume databases, and recruitment tracking systems will be an advantage.
