Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned roles.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers regarding hiring requirements and interview updates.
• Connect with clients regarding open requirements and candidate status updates.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per business requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback with stakeholders and clients.
• Manage offer processing, onboarding coordination, and candidate documentation.
• Work on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for candidate tracking and database management.
• Create and maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring trackers.
• Update daily/weekly MIS and recruitment trackers.
• Support HR operations-related activities and employee onboarding processes.
• Ensure proper follow-up with candidates for joining and documentation.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong stakeholder and client coordination abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience working on ATS platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
