Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
• Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, following up on offers, and ensuring timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• B.Tech (Computers) degree required; relevant certifications an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies for technical roles including Java Developers, .Net Developers, PHP Developers, React JS Developers etc.
