Urgent Hiring HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
• Maintain employee records and update HRMS software.
• Manage daily attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll coordination.
• Prepare and verify salary sheets, incentives, and deductions.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for salary processing.
• Maintain statutory compliance records.
• Handle employee queries, engagement activities, and exit formalities.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS software.
• Understanding of attendance management and statutory compliances.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
