Hr Executive And Recruiter

At Leon's India, were scaling fast and we’re looking for a result-driven recruiter who knows the ground game of blue-collar hiring inside out.
If you thrive in high-volume hiring environments and love closing positions at speed while maintaining quality, this role is for you.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end blue-collar / bulk hiring (sourcing onboarding)
Drive hiring through field sourcing, job fairs, referrals, vendors, NGOs & job portals
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely closures
Ensure smooth joining & onboarding experience
Deliver on daily, weekly & monthly hiring targets
Maintain productivity benchmarks (~30 closures/month)
Share daily MIS reports (pipeline, interviews, offers, joins)
What We’re Looking For
Experience in bulk / blue-collar hiring
Exposure to hospitality / QSR industry
Strong network with vendors, NGOs, skill centres & institutions
Ability to work under pressure & deliver targets consistently
Hands-on, street-smart recruiter who can get things done Role & responsibilities
