Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical,solar,wind industry.
• Hindi-speaking skills are mandatory.
• Must be comfortable with face-to-face interviews.
• Experience in both Blue Collar and White Collar Recruitment.
• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and manpower sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and other channels.
• Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews.
• Manage onboarding processes and joining formalities.
• Handle employee documentation and maintain proper records.
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining.
