Hiring Requirement: HR Executive Plant HR (PEB Industry)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant employees and workers.
• Manage plant HR operations, including joining formalities, onboarding, employee documentation, and attendance.
• Handle employee grievances and day-to-day HR queries.
• Coordinate with plant management for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
• Maintain HR records and support payroll-related activities.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR operations at the plant.

Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with experience in plant HR, recruitment, and HR operations in the PEB, manufacturing, or engineering industry will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work at the Vithalapur, Gujarat plant location.
