JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Blue-Collar Recruitment Executive responsible for end-to-end hiring of frontline and operational manpower across multiple locations. The role focuses on volume hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, joining conversion, and recruitment partnerships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for Team Members, Helpers, Housekeeping, Kitchen Staff, Delivery Executives, and other frontline positions.
• Handle high-volume recruitment across multiple locations and close hiring requirements within defined timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, WhatsApp groups, employee referrals, social media, local networks, walk-ins, posters, NGOs, skill-development organizations, and recruitment vendors.
• Screen candidates based on experience, location, salary expectations, availability, and role requirements.
• Coordinate telephonic and face-to-face interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates from sourcing through selection and joining to improve joining conversion.
• Build and maintain local candidate databases and talent pipelines for recurring hiring requirements.
• Develop relationships with NGOs, placement agencies, skill-development institutes, local vendors, and other sourcing partners.
• Coordinate walk-in drives, hiring camps, job fairs, and bulk recruitment drives as required.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the ATS/HRMS recruitment pipeline regularly.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports covering sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
• Coordinate with Operations and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, hiring priorities, and joining timelines.
• Support pre-joining documentation and joining coordination to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Track candidate dropouts, offer declines, and no-shows, and take corrective follow-up actions.
• Ensure recruitment activities follow company hiring processes and documentation requirements.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Experience in blue-collar recruitment, volume hiring, frontline recruitment, or mass hiring.
• Knowledge of local sourcing methods and candidate networks.
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and candidate follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and high-volume hiring requirements.
• Comfortable using ATS/HRMS, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
• Target-oriented approach and ability to work under tight hiring timelines.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
• 14 years of experience in Blue-Collar Recruitment, Volume Hiring, Frontline Recruitment, or Mass Hiring.
• Experience in QSR, Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, Hospitality, Delivery, FMCG, or similar industries will be an advantage.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

• Hiring target achievement and position closure within timelines.
• Time-to-fill and interview-to-selection ratio.
• Selection-to-joining conversion and candidate retention after joining.
• Cost-effective sourcing and recruitment pipeline accuracy.
