Hr Executive And Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requirement to joining.

2. Coordinate with HODs and project/site teams to understand manpower requirements.

3. Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, social media and other channels.

4. Schedule and coordinate interviews with management/HODs.

5. Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters and joining formalities.

6. Coordinate with HR/Admin for joining, induction and employee documentation.

7. Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.

8. Perform other HR activities assigned by the HR Manager / Management.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate/Post Graduate.

2. 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.

3. Good knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.

4. Experience in Medical and Diagnostics will be preferred.

5. Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and recruitment portals.

6. Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.

7. Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets and timelines.
