About this role
We are seeking an active and organized HR Executive to join our team. You will run our recruitment programs, connect with job seekers, and help build a strong team. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and find the right candidates quickly.
- Sourcing Talent: Post job openings on job boards, social media networks, and professional sites.
- Screening Resumes: Review applications and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
- Managing Interviews: Coordinate schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
