Hr Executive And Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Sales, and Design roles.
• Manage bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment drives.
• Handle PAN India recruitment across multiple locations.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Conduct salary negotiations and ensure successful closure of positions.
• Maintain proper candidate documentation, recruitment reports, and follow-ups.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent the HR brand professionally while interacting with candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Work effectively under pressure and deliver results within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in HR / HR-related specialization Mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in bulk and PAN India hiring.
• Strong proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, job postings, and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Should be well-spoken, confident, proactive, and result-oriented.
