Role & responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews and coordinating interview schedules.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates, coordinate offers and complete joining formalities.
• Monitor employee attendance and coordinate with the relevant teams.
• Communicate HR policies and assist employees with policy-related queries.
• Support employee engagement, grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate performance reviews and employee development activities.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong recruitment, communication and coordination skills.
• Sound understanding of HR functions, policies and best practices.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
