Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (employers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in HR Executive & Recruiter role or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computers (B.Tech) or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition principles, including sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
