Hr Executive And Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

1. Manpower Requirement & Recruitment Planning

• Obtain and clarify Job Descriptions, role requirements, experience, qualifications and competency expectations.
• Maintain an updated recruitment plan and vacancy tracker.
• Prioritize positions based on business requirements and urgency.

2. Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, recruitment databases and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

3. Screening & Shortlisting

• Review applications and resumes against defined Job Descriptions and selection criteria.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications, experience, communication, availability, compensation expectations and role suitability.

4. Interview Coordination

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers/Interview Panels.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
• Follow up for interview feedback within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate interview status and ensure candidates progress through the recruitment process without unnecessary delays.

5. Candidate Management

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Keep candidates informed about interview schedules, selection status, documentation and joining requirements.
• Track selected candidates until joining and proactively manage dropouts or counter-offer situations.

6. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker covering all open positions.

Qualification

• BBA/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment is preferred.
