HR Executive and Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage bulk hiring processes for IT services and consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery of candidates.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
• Analyze talent acquisition metrics to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role with expertise in bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment.
• Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze data effectively.
• Strong communication skills with excellent client interaction abilities.
