Candidate Preference: Only Mumbai-based candidates

Job Responsibilities

• Understanding job requirements and assisting in sourcing suitable candidates.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
• Connecting with candidates through job portals, calls, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates.
• Supporting the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
• Learning and understanding the complete recruitment lifecycle.
