Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Executive Talent Acquisition with 2+ years of experience in bulk hiring, campus hiring, and non-IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage bulk/volume hiring within defined timelines.
• Handle non-IT recruitment across various functions.
• Plan and coordinate campus hiring drives with colleges and placement teams.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Strong experience in bulk hiring and non-IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in campus hiring.
• Good communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
