Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Managers: Understand hiring needs and create clear job descriptions.
• Source Talent: Post openings on job boards, social media, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Screen Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule meetings between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage Offers: Extend job offers and handle basic compensation discussions.
• Track Metrics: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated and monitor hiring data.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of proven recruiting experience is preferred.
• Freshers/Interns/Trainee are also welcomed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and ATS software is a plus.
