About this role
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for excellent customer service.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
- Coordinate training and development programs for new hires and existing employees.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment services or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
