Role & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates until offer and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 13 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
• Comfortable working on a 4-month contractual basis.
