Hr Executive And Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, payroll support, documentation, and HR administration.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR-related concerns.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
• Support payroll processing and provide accurate attendance and leave data.
• Manage employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives.
• Conduct exit formalities and coordinate full & final settlement.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and procedures.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records.
• Ensure timely follow-up on HR-related activities and requirements.
• Support management in general HR and administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle employee information confidentially.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, and general HR operations will be preferred.
