What You'll Do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and job portals.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining conversions.
• Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Drive employee referrals and hiring initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in bulk hiring of frontline recruitment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, Excel, and sourcing platforms.
• Understanding of AI tools and social media recruitment is an advantage.
