Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Female HR Executive / Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, recruitment experience, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts, candidate follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support employee onboarding and HR documentation.
• Maintain employee records and assist with day-to-day HR activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Female candidates with 2–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Proactive, organized, and result-oriented approach.

Compensation

3.0–4.5 LPA CTC, depending on experience and suitability.
