HR Executive and Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee attendance, leave requests, and payroll processing.
• Coordinate joining formalities for new employees and exit formalities for outgoing ones.
• Ensure timely completion of HR tasks such as recruitment, training, and development activities.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and resolve their queries promptly.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of attendance management, leave management, payroll processing, and recruitment procedures is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively are essential.
• Experience in time office operations and the ability to work independently are necessary.
