Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fitment, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  
• Ensure timely joining formalities for selected candidates through coordination with HR team.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  
• Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursement.
