Hr Executive And Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Post job openings on recruitment portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Support employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Handle employee engagement activities, performance review coordination, and workplace initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in recruitment for creative, production, sales, or operational roles will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and labor law compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/Recruitment software.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Positive attitude, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
