Role & responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviews to selection.

• Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, databases, and referrals.

• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and client requirements.

• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.

• Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely joining.

• Achieve recruitment targets and build strong candidate pipelines.
