Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with diverse stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers).
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com.
