Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely scheduling and logistics arrangements.
  
• Negotiate salary packages and other benefits with selected candidates on behalf of the company.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview results, and offer acceptances.
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in recruitment or human resources generalist activities.
  
• Any graduation degree (Bachelor's/Master's/MBA/PGDM).
  
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, negotiation, and documentation.
