Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring for various departments and positions.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for vacancies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and internal databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and concerned departments.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and maintain regular communication.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate pre-joining activities and follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
• Handle candidate documentation and onboarding support.
• Maintain records of selected, offered, joined, rejected, hold, and back-out candidates.
• Support bulk/mass hiring drives whenever required.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong follow-up and candidate management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
