HR Executive and Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fitment with company requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding process for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the team.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Executive role.
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
