Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
  
• Conduct initial interviews over phone or video conferencing to assess candidate fit.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule second-round interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) updates.
