• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for third-party staffing.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide structured feedback.
• Coordinate with management and external agencies for manpower needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with company policies.
• Represent the company professionally with excellent spoken English.
