Hr Executive And Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our growing ISP and IT organization.

The ideal candidate should have experience hiring for technical, networking, telecom/ISP, IT and non-technical positions, along with strong knowledge of employee coordination and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements from technical, operations, sales and management teams.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Negotiate salary, notice period and joining dates with selected candidates.
• Prepare and release offer letters and appointment letters.
• Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of new employees.

ISP / IT Recruitment

Experience in hiring for some of the following positions will be an advantage:

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave and employee database.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination.
• Maintain recruitment and joining reports.
• Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning.
• Support HR policies, processes and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 05 years of experience in HR recruitment and HR operations.
• Candidates with experience in ISP, Telecom, IT Services or Technology companies will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Should be comfortable working from the office.
