About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate and recruitment trackers/MIS.
• Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR operations.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with different departments.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed.

Required Skills

• 1- 4 years of experience in Recruitment & HR Operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of HRMS and recruitment portals will be an advantage.
