Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR coordination activities. The candidate will handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, employee records, exit formalities, and day-to-day HR support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Post jobs on Apna, WorkIndia, and Naukri.com
• Source candidates through job portals and other channels
• Screen and shortlist resumes
• Conduct telephonic HR screening
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Employee Coordination

• Manage onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Handle resignation and exit formalities
• Support employee engagement and coordination activities

Administration & HR Support

• Assist in day-to-day HR and admin activities
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Support office administration work

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring process
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
